How much will it cost? (return)
Translation charges vary depending on the language, word count, requested turn-around time, and document complexity. While it is true that there is quite a variety of translation prices, high prices do not automatically stand for high quality and rates below a certain level are unlikely to provide you with an accurate and error-free result.
Can you use translation software? (return)
If you wish to get a general idea of some document, translation software might be sufficient. However, no machine can take the place of a skilled human translator. Translations must be accurate and may need stylistic and cultural adaptation. We do not use machine translation software.
Can the translation be print-ready? (return)
Our translations are completed according to the client's specifications, which may range from retaining the original layout, issuing multi-language copies to specific typesetting.
What is the difference between interpreting and translating? (return)
An interpreter conveys spoken language from one language to another.
A translator converts written words from one language to another.
While there are language experts who do both interpreting as well as translating, most professionals tend to specialize in one or the other.
What quality procedures exist? (return)
Each project will undergo a two-step process of translation by a native speaker and proofreading to make sure that there are no errors, omissions or faulty grammar in the final product.
Do you treat the client's document confidentially? (return)
We assure confidentiality. All our translators must sign a non-disclosure agreement and all client documents are stored in a secure location.
